*In cooperation with local, state and federal public health departments, Fortuna Rehabilitation & Wellness Center will test all residents and staff members for COVID-19 as recommended. All COVID-19 tests performed at Fortuna Rehabilitation & Wellness Center are through a lab approved by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH).
